Haiku, my 15 year old daughter, took these photos for me today. I took a walk also, watching for little leaves pushing up through the dirt, and watching the play of light and shadow in the garden. I especially liked the way my daughter's photos caught the light.

Oh Aisling, please tell Haiku her photography is beautiful. My favorite is the daffodils, the color is like pure sunshine! And I like the broken flower pots too!
Thank you for sharing Spring from your part of the world. I'm loving it!
How beautiful! You have a very telented photographer in the family. I took my stroll, and lots of photos, but when I tried to create my post, Blogger wouldn't let me upload photos. Even though it's now Monday, I'll try again. I love your gentle strolls!
Robbin, I will pass your compliment along to Haiku. Taking photos is one of her passions. We were up to almost 80°F this weekend, so it felt almost like summer rather than spring. Weather like that brings a lot of change and growth in the garden! Thanks for visiting!
Imelda, Thank you for your nice comment about my daughter's photos. I took some too, but hers were so pretty, I used them instead. I can't wait to see your photos! I hope blogger cooperates this morning! :)
What a lovely place to take a morning walk. *sighs* I am envious. Haiku's photography is just lovely.
how beautiful...haiku's photos are so expressive...thank you for sharing her talent with me...

linda, She loved the paintings on your blog, so I guess you are a mutual admiration society. I'll pass your kind words along. She really does approach her photography as an artist.
