Between yesterday's storm and today's downpour
of fresh air and sunshine,
Water dripping from the eves,
Shadows spilling across clean snow,
Blue skies arching over a white-washed earth.
Yesterday, we hibernated.
Today, we play.
Where ever you are, whatever the weather, I wish you the joy of discovery.

I do love your Jack; makes me miss my Abigail.
So glad I haven't any snow; it's almost spring on my farm...I'll take it!
She is a cutie. We have never had a Jack before, and there are some challenges, but she is a keeper! Glad she came into our lives when she did.
Thank you for visiting. Our snow is quickly melting today, so hope to be back to spring soon!
How delightful to see the shadows on snow. Adorable doggie! :)
Diane, You are probably more used to seeing cactus shadows on sand! Equally as beautiful!
Thanks, Mabel is a cutie and we are lucky to have her!
So glad you came by!
I love the shadow pictures! And your sweet pup. We got a tiny bit of snow, but now all bare ground again.
Love the shadows on the snow. Nicely captured. And the pup...who can resist that face?
Nan, Thank you! We are close to bare ground already... Well, bare patches. It has gotten near 50 degrees the past two days since the storm. I'm ready for spring!
Linda, Thank you too! She does have a very sweet face, doesn't she. Warms my hear to look at her!
Thank you both for visiting!
