The Joys of Late September

are many and varied

like salsa so fresh the plants are still trembling when you eat it,

or a woodland walk
and apple picking
with someone special.
Or that certain shade

of September-Sky Blue.

Where ever you are, whatever the weather, I wish you memorable days
in late September.

Thanks! Loving these last few days of the month. Those mountains will be extra beautiful in your neck of the woods soon... now that autumn has arrived. My mom lives in Tennessee and I love it there very much!

Thank you! These days are fleeting... so must appreciate them while they last!

This month has slipped by fast, I have been very busy. I always see it as the last of gentle weather before the cold approaches.I have camped for 2 weeks just enjoying the September charm.

Camping sounds perfect right now. I could use the get away! There is a lot to see and experience in this season, for sure.

Beautiful! I love the apple in the hand. It's blissfully apple picking time, isn't it? (Don't you love that Robert Frost poem?)
