Sunday Stroll - October Sings

of trees and sky,

of amber light that rises.

October sings

of next year's trees

and last year's corn,

of things forgotten,

and things reborn.

Wherever you are, whatever the weather, I wish you all the beauty of October's Song.

Steve was strolling through the October prairies. Look Out on the Prarie for his wonderful photographs.

Lovely - beautiful pictures showing the colours of Autumn. The leaves around here are very slow to change and are mainly still green, so thank you for sharing yours. Your words say it all.

Yay that you took a long slow walk in the woods, M!
I stayed inside almost all day. Needed the quiet of an empty house, I guess!
Gorgeous photos and ALWAYS gorgeous words, friend!

Elaine, Thank you. We are having a long slow Autumn, but I was definitely able to find color on my walk.

Pom, The quiet of an empty house is so soothing sometimes. Glad you had that option! Thank you for your kind words of encouragement!
