Tranquility

Harvest is in full swing, with autumn just around the corner.  Already the nights are cooler and I've wrapped up in a sweater a time or two.  We have watched the northern lights on an early September night, wide eyed with wonder and wrapped up in afghans.

We have planted an autumn crop of sugar snap peas.  Salad greens to carry us over until frost will go in tomorrow.

We spent Labor Day on one of the beautiful lakes nearby, where we sailed like a northern wind over the surface, as the deep turquoise tranquility of the water soaked into our souls.

Wherever you are, whatever the weather, I wish you joy in the journey.

Very nice, I love being on the water. Went parasurfing last weekend, lots of fun, but i was a bit stiff the next day. Be on a stroll Sunday

Ernestine, Wish you were too! Thank for your encouragement! :)

Steve, I'm not very adventurous with water sports, but love the environment. So peaceful! I look forward to your stroll! Hope to do one myself!
