Happy New Year

It was a beautiful December,

which included many walks along the Lake Michigan shoreline.

In a pause between semesters, I found time to appreciate the serenity of nature.

I have a semester off this winter, and so hope to blog more often,
and to visit the blogging friends that I have missed in this busy season of my life.

Wherever you are, whatever the weather, I wish you a lovely New Year.

I am glad you had a peaceful Christmas and that your New Year will be one of good health, a good school term and lots of pictures. That leaf picture made me smile because it has a smiley face

Happy New Year, Marcie, Nice that you'll have a somewhat lighter work load and can have more free time. Love the photos today.

Hello Marci dear! Such very familiar photos of your winter. I guess I've been visiting you for a good long time. Stay cozy and keep taking photos, friend,
