Mimi, Thank you for visiting. The original blossom is almost perfect enough to look artificial. It was the most beautiful velvety color, but in the morning all of the color was sitting in dew drops (?) on the petals. They always fade like that, but don't usually have dots of colored moisture on them the next morning. Weird, but pretty! :)
Just wanted to let you know that I'd love to join you all on your "Sunday Stroll." I've been inspired by all your beautiful postings. My daughter, also known as the "Farmer's Daughter," encouraged me to join in. Please check out my stroll of our family's tenth-generation family farm over at: http://everydaywomanusa.wordpress.com/ Thanks!

That is so strange...intriguing though.
Lisa, Yep. *grin* I guess the color all soaked into the morning dew, but I'm not really sure.
What a lovely series of pictures, and that colour is just beautiful.
I agree with Lisa...very intriguing shot,
and I enjoy your blog.
Keith & Lori,
Thank you both very much for your nice comments. And, thanks for visiting!
Really beautiful but I it thought first it was an artificial flower when you don't follow it with picture as it wither, thanks for the visit....
