Spring Break

"Boredom is the feeling that everything is a waste of time; serenity, that nothing is."
~ Thomas S. Szasz

Today is the first day of spring break in our community... I still have one course to attend this coming week because I am dual-enrolled, and my university does not have spring break the same week as my college. Ah well! I don't have much planned, and am in fact looking forward to some lazy, unscheduled time. This will also be my time to catch up on school projects, as the end of the semester grows swiftly near. Maybe, just maybe, I will also be able to catch up on reading and commenting on my favorite blogs!

Oh how pretty you look in your new outfit. It suits you and a new look for spring seems so in line with the new season. Hope the weather is fine during your days of leisure.

Thank you, Mom! I thought a new look was in order for spring, which always feels like the beginning of a new year to me, despite what the calendar tells us!

We're expecting a "mixed bag" of weather, but that is the usual for this time of year, isn't it? I'm glad you came by for a visit!

Hi Aisling! I am feeling the joyful anticipation of spring break, too. Isn't it wonderful? I had so much fun in Australia, but I am happy, happy, happy to be home!

Aisling~I do hope you enjoyed your spring break! I had a break from my college courses last week (more time with the baby!!!), but I'm REALLY looking forward to a break in our school/work schedule in two weeks, when I'm hoping it will be much nicer and conducive to walks with our new grandbaby outside!

Hope all is well with you and your family. I'll have to look for this pic of your new outfit that your Mom is talking about!

Ruth, My mom is talking about the facelift to my blog. ;)

Spring break has been relaxing thus far, and I have a week left to enjoy! I can understand how much you are looking forward to spending time with "your" new baby. I know you will cherish every moment!
