Wow, Aisling. What a landscape scene. The perfection of white snow against the vast blue of the sky.

Brenda, I think that would be that "vast gray of the sky." lol! It is a peaceful scene, that is for sure!

Thank you for visiting. I know you don't see much of this white stuff where you live! :)

loved it....thanks. Where I live we MAY have an inch tonight. We will have to do with that.

Beverly, Well, an inch can be quite pretty as it falls. We seem to be getting an inch or two a day this month, with a few heavier days mixed in for good measure. No sign of a "January Thaw" in sight!

Thank you so much for letting me know you were here!

They are saying in my area - 3 to 4 inches in the next 24 hours - will see. Would love to make some pleasing images. Stay warm!!

Ernestine, I think it is nice that you are getting some snowfall. Doesn't it give you a cozy, tucked in, feeling there in your little house in the woods? I think it must be beautiful and hope to see some photos!

Thank you for visiting!

I didn't listen to the snow, but I just wanted to comment that I love the added song list on your site. The "February" song is really pretty. I love how in this day and age, technology allows artists/writers to create a real multimedia feel for viewers to enjoy from the comfort of their homes or at the public library for that matter.

Neat, :-)

Jessica, I have been really pleased with this feature. It feels like I'm "coming home" when I pull up my own blog and the music welcomes me. Also, using the playlist website to find music that suits a theme (in this case winter) or a mood has introduced me to some new artists.

Thank you for letting me know you visited!

I have snow, too. I'm praying for a SNOW DAY tomorrow or at least a late start.

I hope you get your snow day. We are having a hard time waking up this morning here. I have just enough energy to check my blog mail, but not quite enough to stand up and make lunches. lol!

Gorgeous video - Just what I needed to tell me what kind of day I'd like to have today. I was wondering. After seeing the video, I'm going to make some tea and go with "Winter Calm." Beautiful!

Aw thanks! I like the idea of "winter calm" too. Thank you for putting a name to that feeling. I'm having a tough day here, and a cup of tea and some winter calm sound just right.

Take care!
